Day 2, a success. Well, if I keep this short and make it to bed on time!
I actually mentally scheduled time for me to exercise today. In the morning, I looked at what my day was stacking up to be (kind of busy really). Then, I made a commitment to walk after a certain event. Well, life happened and my pre-determined time wasn't going to work. So instead of just saying to hell with it, I actually found a park to go walking in on my way between all the stuff I had to do. Go me!!! And I walked more like 15 minutes instead of just 10.
I'm also making myself be better about fruit. I forget to eat my fruit a lot. And I've made the effort to eat some two days in a row! Go me!!
Ok, off to bed before I miss one of my goals :)

The first day is always easy...
Water- check
Fruit- check
Veggie- check
Exercise- check
And I do plan to go to bed early tonight.
It's always easy on day 1 huh? :) Of course, I did set my goals to be easy to achieve so I feel the awesomeness of success and can easily build on the goals every week.
I really didn't want to go exercise. I put it off most of the afternoon and finally I just put my shoes on and my son in the stroller and walked. It really wasn't that painful. I even went for 20 minutes instead of just 10.
I've looking for some good inspirational blogs but when I look up running and/or weight loss I find lots of people who have lost their weight and lots of women who are running half marathons. Great for them, but I'd love to find someone more beginner oriented. I'll just have to keep looking :)
